Information used to provide the service
Jani processes account identity, subscription, support, service configuration, and trading-system records needed to authenticate users, operate connected features, secure the platform, and diagnose incidents.
Trading credentials
Connected account credentials are handled through the platform’s managed secret storage and are used to provide requested account connectivity. Jani does not use those credentials to withdraw customer funds.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as needed for service operation, security, contractual, and legal purposes. Access is restricted according to operational role and service need. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
