Who operates Jani

Jani is operated by Jani Kibichi, a software company registered in Wyoming, USA, providing trading-as-a-service software, registered in Wyoming, USA since 31 March 2022. Registered agent: Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY, 82801, USA.

Service scope

Jani provides software for market analysis, account monitoring, and automated trade execution through supported integrations. Availability and individual features may depend on broker, market, account, subscription, and jurisdictional conditions.

Account control

You are responsible for the connected account, the accuracy of submitted information, credential access, trading permissions, and compliance with broker terms. You must promptly revoke access and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.

Fees and cancellation

Individual is $9.99/month for one connected account. Manager and Manager Plus tiers cover multiple attached accounts under one subscription; current pricing is shown in the customer portal. All tiers start with a DEMO trial, so you can evaluate the platform before any payment is made. You may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund policy - all sales are final

Subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to all tiers (Individual, Manager, Manager Plus), all payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, M-Pesa), and every billing cycle, including the first payment after your DEMO trial.

Paying for a subscription grants immediate access to the platform, its automated execution software, and its account data - access we consider fully delivered and valuable from the moment it is granted. Because the service is delivered immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for unused time, dissatisfaction, trading losses, or a decision to stop using the service. This is the same no-refund model used by comparable software subscriptions, such as cloud computing platforms and paid social platform subscriptions.

This is why every tier includes a DEMO trial before any LIVE payment is required: use it to confirm the platform, workflow, and reporting fit your needs before subscribing. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the payment already made for the current period.

Risk and availability

Trading losses, rejected orders, delayed confirmations, connectivity failures, market closures, and third-party outages can occur. Jani does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, order acceptance, execution price, or trading results. You can lose all of the money you allocate to trading.
